Greenback Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. will act as Mandated Lead Arranger for syndicating the company’s funding requirement by way of External Commercial Borrowing (“ECB”)/ Foreign Currency Term Loan (“FCTL”) . The Mandate shall have a door-to-door tenor of more than 3 years and shall be utilized for capacity expansion of facilities in India.

Greenback Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd would syndicate on an exclusive basis with an all in cost to the Company of not more than 350 bps over LIBOR. The all in cost shall be arrived at by adding LIBOR linked interest rate and all one time fees payable (on or before documentation/ disbursement) including costs forming part of the all in cost amortized over weighted average maturity of the loan. This all in cost would be exclusive of any hedging costs, service tax, withholding taxes, commitment fees, arrangement/ syndication fees, other statutory levies, fees payable to technical consultants, out of pocket expenses and legal/documentation expenses.
